Koti Jobs is built to collect as little personal data as possible. There are no user accounts, no cookies and no advertising trackers. Fonts are served from kotijobs.eu itself, so your browser does not contact Google or other font providers.
The website is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you open a page, Cloudflare technically processes your IP address, the page requested, the time of the request and information about your browser and device. This is needed to deliver the website and protect it against attacks and abuse.
To understand how many people use Koti Jobs and which pages are useful, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first statistics service by Cloudflare, Inc. It sets no cookies, does not use fingerprinting and does not track you across websites or over time.
When a page loads, a small script reports the page address, the referring page, your browser type, screen size, page loading times and your approximate country, which is derived from your IP address. The IP address itself is not stored for these statistics. We only see aggregated numbers, never individual visitors.
If you email hello@kotijobs.eu, we process your email address and your message to reply. Email is provided by Apple (iCloud Mail), Apple Distribution International Ltd., Hollyhill Industrial Estate, Hollyhill, Cork, Ireland.
The jobs on Koti Jobs come from public career pages of employers. When you click a job, you leave Koti Jobs and go to the employer's website or application system. Their own privacy policy applies there. Koti Jobs never receives the data you enter in an application.
Job postings sometimes name a contact person at the employer. These details are published by the employer itself. If you are named in a posting and want it removed from Koti Jobs, email us and we will remove it.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To use these rights, email hello@kotijobs.eu.
You can also complain to the Austrian data protection authority: Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Wien, dsb.gv.at.
If Koti Jobs adds features that process personal data, such as an email newsletter or user accounts, this policy will be updated before they go live.
